Holy cow this was such a fun photo shoot! Ashli and I went to Orange County High School of the Arts in Santa Ana, CA together. We reconnected a few years back for a photo session (I'll have to blog about that one too!), and I was so stoked when she contacted me to create new portraits! (Her wife, Pam Rocker, needed portraits too for her organization Affirming Connections - those will be in another blog post soon.)


We ran around picturesque Laguna Beach and found some colorful walls, for Ashli's bright personality. As a brand photographer, I talk to my clients and we discuss what would best represent them in a photo shoot- a studio background, a session outside in nature or the city, or both! With my travel lights, I can shoot anywhere!
