Sliding Pay Scale

Typically, my sessions start at $600 for 1-1.5 hours of shoot time, includes all images, and an online gallery of your images.

To serve my Los Angeles community better, I am now offering a Sliding Pay Scale. My passion is photography and people need photography for their businesses, careers, and memories- and I never want pricing to come between someone and their ability to get great images that will propel them forward or capture the important moments we can't get back.

Please use The Green Bottle image to determine your level of financial comfort. Some photoshoots require a studio rental, which would be considered separate from the shoot fee. (I do not upcharge for this, what the studio charges, I will charge you :) )

$600 Photo Session: Full Bottle (Upper Tier / Pay it Forward): You comfortably meet your basic needs, have expendable income, own or comfortably rent a home, have access to savings, and can afford vacations. Paying at this level helps subsidize others.

$300 Photo Session: Half-Full Bottle (Mid Tier / Standard): You have basic financial stability but limited expendable income. You can pay the actual, standard cost of the service or class, but paying the upper-tier price would cause financial strain.

$150 Photo Session: Nearly Empty Bottle (Bottom Tier / Subsidized): You experience financial hardship, have little to no savings, unstable housing, and struggle to meet basic needs without assistance.

*We can also discuss other topics including, but not limited to:

-What's your favorite & creepiest deep-sea creature?

(Right now, mine's a telescope fish)

-What's your favorite hidden place in LA not many people know about?

(Mine's a rainforest)

-What band/music do you default to when you're having a rough day?

(Mine oscillates between Iration and Ludovico Einaudi and Rob Simonsen)

-{Controversial Alert} How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?

(I've been too impatient to get the data)

-What book/magazine/article are you reading right now?

(I usually have a historical/info non-fiction, a fun & spicy Sapphic novel, and, as always, National Geographic...but many issues behind the current one)
