After becoming the Queen of the Pasadena Doo Dah Parade in 2009, Queen Skittles (aka “Julie Klima Casey”) embarked on photographing the Queens & Royalty of The Parade (both past and future). This series documents the creative & eccentric characters that make up the kooky, artistic parade and shows each person’s individuality & quirks.
